Raspberry and Almond Oat Bar

Another day, another oat bar. So quick and easy and we both love it! Freezes well, store in airtight tub for 3 days. Oats are also great for milk production breastfeeding mamas!

Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 150g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
- Handful of raspberries
- A small handful of ground almonds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (apart from the raspberries)
- Tip half the mix into a lined loaf tin
- Gently pat the mixture down
- Tip in the raspberries followed by the rest of the mix and pat down.
- Pop into the oven at 180°c for 25-30 mins until firm and golden.
- Cool then slice
