Pea and Mint Dip

Just preparing a quick lunch for us, we've got our veggies and toast so we're going to dip, dip, dip!!

Ingredients
- 1 can of drained butter beans
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 handfuls of garden peas
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- A small bunch of fresh mint
- A good pinch or 2 of cracked black pepper.
Instructions
- Blitz everything together and add water until you reach a nice smooth consistency.
- Things to dip: pepper, cucumber, bread sticks, apple sticks, cheese, steamed baby corn, steamed asparagus.
