Breakfast was easy today as I made it last night! Served this morning with a little fresh fruit salad and a sneaky piece of Mama's toast! Penny loves these and they're an easier to eat alternative to porridge. Also great for on the move lunches and snacks.

Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 150g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- A small handful of raisins
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Tip into a lined loaf tin
- Gently pat the mixture down
- Pop into the oven at 180°c for 25-30 mins until firm and golden.
- Cool then slice
