So this morning we woke up bright and early for a birthday bug hunt adventure! I whipped these up for Penny so she won't be too offended when I don't offer to share my slice of cake. They will also be handy in the week for breakfasts and snacks to go.

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 220ml milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (extra crunch and nutrition, but optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 and line a loaf tin.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together:
- Pour into the loaf tin and add sliced banana on top.
- Cook for 40 mins until golden.
- Cool then slice.
- Gluten free. Sugar free. Dairy free (if substituting for soya milk)
