What's a party without mini cheddars?? Here's my baby friendly recipe, perfect for the festive period or on the go snack. We added a pinch of smoked paprika, chives or a little squirt of tomato purée also works really well. Why not try with homemade dips; guacamole, salsa, cream cheese & chive.

I made these for my son who is the same age as Penny and he loved them. I used wholemeal flour and they turned out great…sadly my husband also loved them so they didnt last long!!
