Here's a lovely little idea for a snack, breakfast or pudding. I added 1 tsp of sugar, this mix makes enough for 6 generous portions so it really isn't a lot, although you could easily leave it out.

Ingredients
- 80g oats
- 80g plain flour
- 20g ground almonds
- 80g butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 handful of frozen berry mix or any berries (they don't need to be frozen)
Instructions
- Rub the flour, oats, ground almonds, sugar and butter between your fingertips to form a breadcrumb consistency.
- Set your oven to 180c
- Line a loaf tin and then add half of the crumble mix.
- Throw in your berries over the mix.
- Top the berries with the remaining crumble mix.
- Flatten down with your hand so the mixture is compact otherwise it'll not slice very well.
- Cook at 180c for 25-35 mins or until golden brown.
- Cool and then slice.
