Ingredients
- A tin of chickpeas, drained
- A bunch of parsley
- A bunch of coriander
- 1 clove of garlic
- A squeeze of lemon
- 2 tbsp's olive oil
- Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Using a hand blender or food processor blitz all the ingredients.
- Form into small balls and then flatten slightly on a lined baking tray.
- Cook for 15 mins at 180°c
- Serve with flat bread, salad and hummus.
- Store in the fridge for a few days or freeze.
- Makes approx 8 falafels.
