This morning whilst Penny had her nap I thought I'd get organised for our mini holiday next week and prepare some food to take along for the journey.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry (as much as you need for your numbers)
- Grated cheddar
- Tomatoes
- Olives
Instructions
- Cut the pastry to your required shape, scatter a little cheese and finely chopped tomatoes over the top. I used one finely chopped olive between 5 feet.
- Cook at 220 degrees for 20 mins
- If the pastry hasn't already been frozen, these can go into the freezer for up to 3 months. Defrost when required.
