So a few mamas have recently been asking about lunchtime meal ideas, this is what we all had today it's great for any fussy little eaters, the veg is hidden 😜 and it's really quick to make. We simply served these with sliced avocado and apple.

Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1 egg
- Around 200g of pre-cooked squash, roasted or boiled (sweet potato, parsnip, carrot or celeriac are other nice alternatives) then mashed
- 150g plain flour
- 280 ml milk
- 20g parmesan
- 1tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp garam masala
Instructions
- In a non stick pan heat a little oil
- Add small dollops of the mix
- Turn over after a minute or two once they start to bubble - enjoy!
