Good morning everyone! It's time to restock our breakfast box. Here's the recipe for Penny's favourite oat bar flavour so far! Served with fresh berries, such an easy way to start the day. I actually forgot it was in the oven last night, so it was cooking for an hour and still turned out perfectly moist. We also didn't have any yogurt, so I used milk instead and it gives the same texture, just a different flavour. Freezes well, store in airtight tub for 3 days

Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 150 ml milk
- 1 banana
- 2 chopped Medjool dates
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (apart from half the banana)
- Tip half the mix into a lined loaf tin
- Gently pat the mixture down
- Slice the remaining half a banana and lay over the top
- Pop into the oven at 180°c for 25-30 mins until firm and golden.
- Cool then slice
