Not wanting to disturb Penny's nap, but wanting to get on with tonights dinner prep I concocted a no fuss sauce without having to use the noisy blender. It's quite thick, so it would be great as a dip, but I'll be diluting it with a little water later to serve as a pasta sauce. Best eaten the same day

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A handful of finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 finely chopped clove of garlic
- A pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 2 tbsp's olive oil
- As much water as you need to reach desired consistency
Instructions
- Mush up the avocado and then mix the rest of your ingredients in.
- Add as much water as you like for a sauce leave out if you're using it as a dip or spread.
