This girl just loves a snack so I try and keep a small variety of healthy, interesting and quick to grab nibbles in the cupboard.

Ingredients
- 1 finely sliced apple
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 140oc
- Place the sliced apple onto a lined tray then sprinkle over cinnamon.
- Cook for 45 mins, turn and sprinkle cinnamon on the other side cook for a further 45 mins keeping an eye out for them browning.
- Store in an air tight container.
