These are a tasty little mealtime addition and easy for little hands to grip hold of. We served them alongside a creamy coconut vegetable curry with sticky rice. The recipe makes enough for 8 patties.

Ingredients
- 500g turkey mince
- 1 tsp thai curry paste
- ½ a lime (juiced)
- a small handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Separate the mix into 8 tightly formed balls.
- Heat a little oil to a non stick pan, then flatten each ball before placing gently into the pan,
- Cook for a few minutes on each side until brown and then place in an oven at 180c to cook through.
