A simple, colourful and well balance meal idea, perfect for summer. We served ours with; Corn on the cob (a favourite at the moment) Grated raw carrot and courgette with poppy seeds Diced red pepper Grated cheese Cucumber half moons Garlic and herb flat bread Mint yogurt

Ingredients
- Lamb mince (enough to feed your numbers, but we used 500g)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp mint sauce
- Seasoning (optional)
- Mozzarella
Instructions
- Mix in the ingredients together apart from the mozzarella.
- Form the lamb mince into balls and flatten out
- Put a little mozzarella onto each disc and then cover over with the lamb mince
- Squeeze mixture tightly into a small chunky sausage shape
- Cook at 180°c for 15-20 mins
