Love a good fishy Friday! As does Penny, fish is up there with all her other favourite foods. Enough for 2 adults and a babe We're serving simply with garlic butter new potato slices and minted garden peas.

Ingredients
- 250g white fish
- 1 egg
- A handful of plain flour
- A handful of panko breadcrumbs
- Finely chopped parsley
- ½ a lemon
Instructions
- Slice the fish into finger sized portions
- Coat in flour and shake off the excess
- Dip in egg
- Mix seasoning and parsley into the breadcrumbs
- Cover the fish in breadcrumbs
- Pop onto a baking tray
- Cook at 180°c for 20-25 mins depending on the size of your fish.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
