Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tins of mixed beans in chilli sauce
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ finely diced red pepper
Instructions
- Lightly fry the mince and pepper, followed by the garlic and tomato puree.
- Add the beans and chopped tomatoes
- Stir on medium heat until the sauce has thickened or transfer into a crock pot.
- (season and add more spice if you like it hot)
