What's a party without mini cheddars?? Here's my baby friendly recipe, perfect for the festive period or on the go snack. We added a pinch of smoked paprika, chives or a little squirt of tomato purée also works really well. Why not try with homemade dips; guacamole, salsa, cream cheese & chive.
  • 100g finely grated strong cheddar
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g unsalted butter
  1. Rub ingredients together to form breadcrumbs
  2. Add a little cold water until the mixture starts to bind
  3. Form into a ball.
  4. Place mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out as thin as a £1 coin
  5. Use a shot glass or cutter of your choice
  6. Place onto a lined tray
  7. Prick all over with a skewer or fork and cook at 180OC for 15-20 mins
  8. Cool or a wire rack.
