3 Ingredient Pancakes
Good morning everyone! We hope you're all having a great weekend. We've just filled our bellies ready for hitting the NCT sale in hope of sniffing out a few baby bargains. Penny had hers Autumnal style with a little grated nutmeg and figs. She ate all her 2 pancakes and fig then went for a nap. Must be the sign of a good meal!
  • ½ a ripe banana (mushed up)
  • 1 egg
  • A knob of unsalted butter
  • A splash of olive oil.
  1. Mix the banana with the egg in a jug.
  2. Heat a non stick frying pan and add the butter and oil (the oil will stop the butter from burning)
  3. Pour the pancake mix into the frying pan to your required size, we made 6.
  4. Turn once the pancakes start to bubble and turn golden brown.
  5. Drain on kitchen roll, cool and serve.
