This morning's recipe is one that will be coming in very handy for our hospital visits to see Grandad PLW as it's (almost) mess free, stores well and Penny thinks she is getting a treat! Banana bread baked in our Oogaa bowl this morning - this will make around 4 muffins or pop in a 6" cake tin. So easy, I even mixed the ingredients in the bowl!
Serves: 6
  • Mash one ripe banana (reserve a little for decoration on top)
  • Mix in one egg,
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 2 small handfuls of self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp oil of your choice
  • A splash of milk
  • Top with banana
  1. Cook at 170°c for 30 mins and then brush over a little melted butter and a sprinkle of mixed spice.
  2. Cook for a further 15mins
  3. Cool and then eat or snap on an Oogaa lid to take out or keep fresh for later 🌞💛🌞
