Ingredients
6 eggs
A splash of milk or cream
Handful of peas (frozen is fine)
Handful of grated cheese
A few slices of chopped ham
Seasoning optional
Instructions
Mix ingredients
Pour into a lined tin
cook for 35-40 mins at 180°c until golden and firm.
