Ham and Pea Omelette

Breakfast is served and Mr PLW's packed lunch is prepared... With plenty left-over for the freezer. A lovely little make ahead filler that's great for all mealtimes.
  • 6 eggs
  • A splash of milk or cream
  • Handful of peas (frozen is fine)
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • A few slices of chopped ham
  • Seasoning optional
  1. Mix ingredients
  2. Pour into a lined tin
  3. cook for 35-40 mins at 180°c until golden and firm.
