Ingredients
  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tins of mixed beans in chilli sauce
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ finely diced red pepper
Instructions
  1. Lightly fry the mince and pepper, followed by the garlic and tomato puree.
  2. Add the beans and chopped tomatoes
  3. Stir on medium heat until the sauce has thickened or transfer into a crock pot.
  4. (season and add more spice if you like it hot)
