Lasagne Ravioli

Penny's absolute favourite thing right now is pasta so I always knew this would go down really well with her. Ravioli is the perfect size for those just starting out weaning and this dish is so quick and easy to make too!
Serves: 4
  • 2 packs of fresh ravioli
  • 2 cartons of chopped tomatoes
  • A little grated cheese
  • A few handfuls of fresh spinach
  • Homemade white sauce
  • 25g butter
  • 25g plain flour
  • 1 pint of milk
  1. For the white sauce melt butter in a saucepan then stir in the flour for 2 mins
  2. Gradually stir in the milk, boil and then simmer gently for around 10 mins then season.
  3. Layer 1 pack of the ravioli in a large ovenproof dish
  4. Pour over 1 carton of chopped tomatoes
  5. Half the spinach
  6. Pour over half the white sauce
  7. Add another layer of ravioli
  8. Red sauce
  9. The other half of spinach
  10. Then white sauce
  11. Sprinkle with cheese
  12. Cover over with tin foil
  13. Cook at 180°c for 45 mins, remove tin foil and cook for a further 10-15 mins until cheese is golden
