Mini Cottage Pie

After a lovely day spent playing on a farm in the sunshine with two of her chums Penny has slept all afternoon! This is all ready for when she wakes up. Making the cottage pie on bread bases makes it much easier for little ones to hold (if they haven't yet got the hang of cutlery) and looks more appealing on their tray/ plate. Served with steamed carrot batons and peas. Put the rest of the mix into an oven proof dish and top with mash, cook for around the same time (for the bigger people) Freeze and reheat whenever needed.
