Morning everyone!! We've had a very busy morning, Penny fueled up on these before I packed her off swimming with Mr PLW and I've been decorating a Birthday cake and cleaning up. We're now en route to the seaside! I reserved half of last nights ricotta fritter mix for this, kept it plain with just adding the lemon. Served this morning with berries and natural yogurt. What's everyone having for breakfast today?

Ingredients
- 250g ricotta
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- Zest of half a lemon
Instructions
- lightly fry in a non stick pan 1 tbsp dollops until golden
- turn over very carefully.
