Ho ho ho merry Christmas everyone!! This is our traditional way to start the day. Smoked salmon and cream cheese blinis - Penny absolutely loved them. Ingredients
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 14g yeast
- 150ml milk
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Heat a pan with a little oil and fry little dollops for a few mins on each side until golden, then flip over.
- Serve with cream cheese and salmon.
